Our Service Agreement and Guidelines
These terms and conditions govern the use of APT Infotech services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Service Agreement
- •By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate project requirements
- •Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client feedback
- •Client must provide necessary access, credentials, and resources for project completion
- •Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments
Payment Terms
- •Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals
- •Advance payment required before project initiation (typically 30-50%)
- •Milestone-based payments for larger projects
- •Final payment required before project delivery and source code handover
Intellectual Property
- •Upon full payment, all custom code and designs become client property
- •Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their original licenses
- •We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
- •Client data and confidential information remain strictly confidential
Warranties & Liability
- •We provide bug-fix support for 30 days after project delivery
- •Client responsible for maintaining and securing their hosting environment
- •We are not liable for data loss due to client server or hosting issues
- •Maximum liability limited to the total project value paid
Additional Terms
Project Delivery
Project delivery timelines begin from the date of advance payment receipt and complete requirement finalization. Delays in client feedback or resource provision may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Final deliverables include source code, documentation, and deployment support as specified in the project proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: providing timely feedback, securing necessary third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs), obtaining required licenses, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Clients must not use our services for illegal activities or to create applications that violate laws or infringe on third-party rights.
Support & Maintenance
Post-delivery support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments for 30 days. Extended support, feature additions, and ongoing maintenance require separate service agreements.
Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available for continued support, updates, and enhancements.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.
Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, processes, or technologies shared by APT Infotech during the project.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the laws of Kerala, India.
The courts of Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Existing projects will continue under the terms agreed upon at the time of project initiation.
Clients will be notified of significant changes to these terms via email.
