Cancellation Policy

  • Projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund
  • Cancellations after project initiation may incur charges based on work completed
  • No cancellation is permitted once the project is 50% complete
  • Written cancellation request must be submitted via email to info@aptinfotech.com

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund amount depends on the stage of project completion
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days

Eligible for Refund

  • Service not delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Project cancelled within the allowable cancellation period
  • Technical issues on our end preventing service delivery
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

Non-Refundable

  • Projects completed and delivered as per specifications
  • Custom development work already deployed to production
  • Third-party licensing fees and domain/hosting costs
  • Projects cancelled after 50% completion milestone

Refund Process Details

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@aptinfotech.com with your order details, payment information, and reason for refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Please include your order number, project name, and payment transaction ID for faster processing.

Partial Refunds

For projects in progress, refunds are calculated based on work completed. We provide detailed breakdowns of completed milestones and remaining work.

Partial refunds are processed using the following formula: Total Amount - (Completed % × Total Amount) - Processing Fees

Refund for Service Issues

If you experience technical issues or service quality concerns, please contact our support team first. We will attempt to resolve the issue before processing any refund. Most issues can be resolved through our dedicated support channels.

Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges (approximately 2-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor at the time of transaction.
